Duke McAlpine, President
Duke received his BS degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College, then completed apprenticeship training to develop practical field knowledge. Duke has served as president of many professional organizations: APMC, ASHRAE and twice for The Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange.

John McAlpine, Vice President- Sales Management
John earned his BS degree in 1994 from Chico State in Business Administration & Finance. Prior to his college studies, he served as a fireman aboard a mine sweeper while serving in the US Navy during the first Gulf War. He has been with Park Mechanical since graduating.

John is proficient in HVAC system engineering and design, always seeking to provide for each customer the type of system he would want for himself. He has an extensive product knowledge and desire to improve Indoor Air Quality for everyone. John is affiliated with the Building Performance Institute (BPI), Indoor Air Quality Association, the NCGA and Knights of Columbus.

Jeff McAlpine, Vice President – Technical Management
Jeff completed and excelled in a Mechanical-Electrical-Technology course prior to joining Park Mechanical as an HVAC technician. He is NATE certified and currently focuses on proper HVAC service and application for both residential and commercial.

Park Mechanical Service technicians are NATE certified. NATE, North American Technician Excellence Inc., is an independent, third-party certification body for HVAC/R technicians. NATE tests technicians while other certification programs train technicians. Testing validates the technician's knowledge and a training program's instruction. With only a 66-68% pass rate, it isn't easy to become NATE certified.

Our technical staff is chosen for mechanical expertise, technical proficiency and team spirit. Staff backgrounds and experience include degrees/certificates in the following:
