Duke McAlpine, President
Duke received his BS degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's College, then completed apprenticeship training to develop practical field knowledge. Duke has served as president of many professional organizations, APMC, ASHRAE and twice for Sacramento's Builder's Exchange.

John McAlpine, Vice President- Operations
John earned his BS degree in 1994 from Chico State in Bus. Admin & Finance. He has been with Park Mechanical since then.

Prior to his college studies, he served as a fireman in the US Navy during Gulf War I aboard a mine sweeper. During his spare time, John enjoys being with his son, boating, alpine skiing, golfing, gardening, reading and home improvement projects. He has a keen interest in current events and politics.

John is proficient in HVAC system engineering and design, always seeking to provide for each customer the type of system he would want for himself. He has an extensive product knowledge and desire to improve Indoor Air Quality for everyone. John is affiliated with the Indoor Air Quality Association, the NCGA and Knights of Columbus.

He is married to Roxanne, who is employed in real estate financing. They have a son, Nicholas.

Jeff McAlpine, Vice President- Commercial Operations
Jeff developed an early interest in all things mechanical, beginning by disassembling and reassemblying his childhood toys to see �how they worked�. He became proficient early on, and by the age of 12 was regularly given the home �repair list�, which he always completed. By high school level, Jeff had become skilled with the trombone, performing in annual statewide solo music competitions.

He was a featured member of the American River College jazz band, accompanying the late jazz singer Joe Williams during a Sacramento concert. Jeff currently works toward mastery of the electric guitar.

Jeff�s mechanical interests led him to complete and excel in the Mechanical -Electrical -Technology course prior to coming to Park Mechanical as an HVAC technician. He is NATE certified and currently focused on proper HVAC service and application in commercial facilities.

Jeff is married to Melanie, who is employed by a local legal corporation. Their daughter, Natasha recently graduated cum laude from CSUS in business with a real estate concentration.
