HVAC System Survey and Proposal (Site and System Survey, and usage of static pressure micromanometer on existing duct system) system must have an operable HVAC system blower for static pressure test.

HERS T24 Duct Leakage Test Service
Total Air Flow Leakage in CFM (Duct Blaster, CalCerts Forms and Processing Fee) Per Unit.  This service is provided by a local 3rd party HERS Provider.  Price is dependant upon HVAC system type and duct system type.
Price Range = $450 to $650

Duct Leakage Test
Total Airflow Leakage in CFM (Duct Blaster) Per Unit.  This test is everything like the HERS T24 Test, except there is NO CalCerts.  Supply and/or Return Air grilles/diffusers in Ceiling Heights Exceeding 10' may require extra charge.

Duct Performance Test
HVAC System Static Pressure, room by room Airflow Volumes, and room by room Air Flow Temperatures (SPMM, Flow Hood, IR Temperature Gun, and Printed Report).  HVAC system must be operational.  Supply and/or Return Air grilles/diffusers in Ceiling Heights Exceeding 10' may require extra charge.

Whole House Envelope Air Leakage testing and report(Blower Door).  This is the price for homes up to 5,000 square feet with average ceiling heights.

Combustion Safety and Analysis Testing
CO measurement @ each appliance, draft measurement and spillage evaluation for atmospherically vented appliances and worst-case negative pressure measurement for each combustion appliance zone(CAZ), gas supply lines safety test (Digital Manometers, Combustion Analyzer, Gas Detector, CO Detectors, Inspection Mirrors, Smoke Pen).

Infrared Camera Analysis of HOME
IR Camera Survey of house interior walls, ceilings and floors (IR Camera).  This IR Survey works best when done with the Blower Door Test.  HVAC system must be operable.

Home Performance Analysis
Blower Door, Duct Leakage, IR Camera Analysis, Combustion Safety Analysis, Insulation R-value Survey, HVAC Survey, Lighting Survey, and Energy Bill Analysis.  We'll provide a full printed report with our recommendations. (Price is for a home up to 2,500 square feet.  An additional charge of $.30/sq.ft. over 2,500 sq.ft.).

Air Advice Monitor (3-day AA test and printed report) Customer must have unit hooked to phone line for monitoring data transmission for delivered report.
