Servicing your system twice per year will provide you with the best performance and lowest operating cost from your heating and air conditioning system. Planned service customers are also entitled to exclusive pricing on 24 hour emergency service calls. Refer to the table below for a breakdown of services performed.

Spring / Cooling
- Replace filters or clean washable filters
- Check coils, clean outdoor coil
- Check all operating pressures
- Check compressor & fan motors for proper voltage & amp draw
- Check system safety devices
- Lubricate moving parts as needed
- Check thermostat operation
- Check blower assembly
- Check for excessive vibration
- Check starting contactor
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check temperature drop
- Check and change belts
Fall / Heating
- Replace filters or clean washable filters
- Inspect heat exchanger (Check outdoor coils)*
- Check gas pressure (Check system pressures)*
- Check fan motors for proper voltage and amp draw
- Check system safety devices
- Lubricate moving parts as needed
- Check thermostat operation
- Check blower assembly
- Check and adjust burners (Check defrost)*
- Check ignition system (Check starting contactor)*
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check flue pipe (Check secondary heat)*
