Split-Ductless Systems

With Mitsubishi’s “Mr. Slim” systems the evaporator is actually in the room being air-conditioned instead of in the attic with ducts as in a typical central system. In the split system, a quiet fan blows across a cold aluminum coil while in the air-conditioning mode. The indoor unit connects directly to the outdoor unit. Because there is no ductwork, 100% of the air your system conditions is distributed to your home.

Unico Systems

A Unico system uses patented supply tubes which route conditioned air throughout your building. These flexible mini-ducts can be routed through existing ceiling, floor and wall cavities, eliminating the need for inefficient large metal ductwork. Also, because the supply tubes are flexible and much smaller than traditional ductwork, Unico systems can be installed in any home or building with little to no remodeling.
